Phyllis Ann "Pennie" Wiley, 77, of Prestonsburg, passed away Saturday, September 19 at Paul B. Hall RMC. She is preceded in death by her parents, Avery and Pollyanna Owens Wiley, and several aunts and uncles. She is survived by a multitude of family members, friends, and loved ones. Her cremated remains will be buried at Davidson Memorial Cemetery at Ivel, KY, with a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
