Helen Ann Hill Neeley, 88, of Prestonsburg, passed away, Wednesday, August 12 at Parkview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pikeville, KY. She is preceded in death by her parents, James K. Polk Hill III and Muriel Dills Hill, 2 sisters; Nancy Janette Howard and Barbara Jane Slone. She is survived by 3 sons; David Hill (Mary) Neeley; Mark Richard (Sharon) Neeley, and Phillip Daniel Neeley, and a brother, John Thomas Hill. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She will be laid to rest in the J.P. Hill Family Cemetery on Abbott Creek Road in Prestonsburg, KY.
