William "Billy" Roger Booth, 63, passed away Friday, April 12, at his residence in Prestonsburg, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence William Booth and Carlos Nadine Spradlin Booth. He is survived by his uncle, David Bruce (Sandra) Spradlin of Greenville, SC, and his aunt, Sue Spradlin of Lexington, KY. Funeral Service will be Monday, April 15 at 1 pm with visitation prior to starting at 11 am under the professional and dignified care of Carter Funeral Home, burial to follow service at the Mayo Cemetery in Prestonsburg, KY. In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made to the Community United Methodist Church, Prestonsburg, KY.
