Pauline Sparks, 94, of Auxier, KY, passed away Friday, Feb. 15 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard. She is a lifelong member of the Auxier community and worked many years at the Floyd County Health Department. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willis Sparks and her parents, Estill and Eva Fitzpatrick Hyden. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, Feb 17. from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel.
