Kaye Archer Rowland, 73, passed away Wednesday, January 30, at Highlands Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Archer and Marie Minks Archer. She is survived by her son, Tom Rowland of Robertsdale, AL, and a sister, Martha A. White of Prestonsburg, KY. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 5 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family have requested contributions be made to the Floyd County Animal Shelter P.O.
