Deborah (Debbie) Kay Goebel, 65, passed away at Select Speciality Center in Lexington following an extended illness on March 8, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, William O. Goebel Jr. She is survived by her husband, Woodie Branham, her son, Matthew (Susan) Thomas,a step daughter, Heather (Eddy) Branham Green, her mother, Ruth Mayo Goebel, 2 sisters, SallyAnn Goebel and Mary Mayo Goebel a brother, William O. Goebel III and 2 grandchildren, Ashdon Matthew and Madison Brooke Thomas.
