Eunice Prater, 86, died Monday, January 8th, at her residence. She was born June 12, 1931 at Brainard, Kentucky, to Harris and Millie Williams Hackworth. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Prater, 2 brothers , Delbert Hackworth,and Otis Hackworth, and 2 sisters, Callie Steele and Eveline McCumber. She is survived by 3 daughters, Sharron Kay Campbell of Prestonsburg, Judy Faye Prater, Ada, Ohio, and Peggy Sue Prater, Louisville. She was a loving homemaker and a member of the Chestnut Grove United Baptist Church.
