Okey Allen Miller Marsillette, age 82, of Prestonsburg KY, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at her residence. Born August 3, 1934 at Allen Br. She was the daughter of the late Edward L. Allen and Goldia Parrott Allen. She is survived by her son Rick Miller (Sondra) of Prestonsburg, KY, and her daughter Dianne Bailey (Darren) of Tennessee. She is also survived by one sister, Janice Allen Prater of Prestonsburg, and one brother Lorn Allen of Florida. 2 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 4 step children, and numerous step grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Russel Miller and also by her second husband Tobie Marsillette.
