Condolence: So sorry for your loss. Its been several yrs since I attended PCC , well thats what it was called back then and I have told my daughter on several occasions about this great teacher. He made class interesting and made me want to keep going and I tried to take every class that he offered. He was the absolute best teacher I have ever had. He will be missed dearly

Condolence: Teresa I am so sad to hear the passing of Bill. Although I only had him for one class in the late 90's he left an everlasting impression on me. He made class so much fun that I looked forward to going to class. He was also such a caring person. I am glad or paths crossed in this life. I will be praying for your family.

Condolence: It's still difficult to think that you're gone. When I first attended your class, tagging along with my mother, I immediately became interested in Psychology, even though I was only nine or ten years old. I became fixated on becoming a psychologist, and my main motivation to return to school was to attend your classes. My only regret is that I did not get to take all of your classes. The world lost a man that is irreplaceable. No one can teach a class like Bill Loftus, and make it feel like a comfortable conversation at 8:00, and even 9:20 in the morning. I am not an early bird by far, but I gladly woke up that early to take your classes. I'm still in shock, and will always miss you. You knew more about me than even some of my family, and you were the most understanding teacher I had ever met. I've never met a college teacher that cares more about his students than Bill Loftus, and the world could learn a lot from that kindness. The world seems so much darker without you in it.. I cannot imagine the pain your family is experiencing Bill, but I wish them well. Everyone you've met is blessed to have known you, especially your family.

Condolence: I will miss you so much Bill. You meant so much to me and many others. I had such a large amount of respect for you. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us at Big Sandy and for the community. I will always remember your words and opinions on things. As your student I will carry on your legacy and do things to make you proud! Thank you so much for the time that we had together in class. I am praying for all of Bill's family, friends, and students. God bless you all.

Condolence From: Tiffany Whitaker
Condolence: When I first heard that you passed away, I wanted to believe that it was the ultimate death and dying test and that you would be waiting as normal in the classroom. I will cherish the last words of wisdom you gave our class. You have helped so many people and made sure we all knew that we could succeed. My condolences to the family during this stressful time. This man will forever be in my memory, until the day we meet at the pearly gates.
