Nancy Powers Webb, widow of Virgil passed away at Pikeville Medical Center, Tuesday, August 13. Visitation will be Saturday, August 17, from 5 P.M. til 9 P.M. Services will be Sunday, August 18, at First United Methodist Church, Prestonsburg, KY.
